We will review the fundamentals of bidding Notrump using the Audrey Grant guidelines. Discussions and practice hands will focus on evaluating the hand for opening in NT, responder’s action and opener’s rebid, Jacoby Transfers, and the Stayman Convention. The material will be presented with the newest bridge students foremost in mind and as a refresher for more experienced players.

Modern Notrump: A Bridge Refresher Course
Norma Blazer has taught all three of Audrey Grant Bridge Basic classes as well as special classes on defense, the convention card, and bidding to show a strong hand after opening. She is a certified ACBL bridge instructor and enjoys playing duplicate.
Connie McDonald has been playing bridge for over 15 years. She has co-taught several Audrey Grant series bridge classes at UMASC.
