Self-Help Reflexology
Bring a bath towel, pillow, water for hydrating and wear comfortable clothing.

Reflexology is an ancient healing art that offers many health benefits. Research shows that benefits include reduction in stress, improved sleep patterns and increased circulation, all of which contribute to better health. Reflexology utilizes the principle that the reflex points on the feet, when a bit of pressure is applied, will reflexively stimulate energy to anatomical systems in the body and promote healing.
Â
In this how-to, hands-on workshop, discover the benefits of self-care techniques to help yourself and family relieve muscle tension, reduce swelling, ease headaches, ease anxiety. You will learn a mixture of working on yourself and on other class participants, working mostly on feet. Couples/friends are encouraged to attend together.Â
There are many handouts in this class, so a fee of $3 per person is requested to cover costs.

Self-Help Reflexology
Claire Guy has been a teacher all her adult life. The desire to assist and guide in a learning environment seems to be in her DNA. It all began as a middle school teacher, progressed to computer teaching for her own company, then to practicing and teaching massage and reflexology. When she teaches, Claire wants the participants to participate! Learning wants to be experiential so be prepared to experience improved health.
