Come have fun in an easy-going atmosphere where everyone creates at their own pace. There are a variety of patterns, designed by the teacher, and some miscellaneous materials available.

In lieu of tuition, students are asked to bring the following supplies:

• Yarn (light color, worsted weight)
• “H” hook and an “I” hook
• Yarn needle (size 13)
• Tape measure
• Scissors
• Note pad and pen

Carole Fitzgerald learned to crochet 50 years ago from her mother-in-law and has had a variety of her patterns published. She taught crochet at Michaels, Joann’s, and at Stevens Elementary School and Stevenson Middle School in Houston, Texas. Carole especially enjoys the pleasure of creating new bears, hats, ponchos and afghans.
