Empathy is a way of understanding humanity that transcends the typical verbal and non-verbal cues, whereas intuition is knowing without knowing how you know. Creating a space to explore these dynamics by way of lecture, reading, video, journal writing and experientials, allows individuals to build internal muscles.
Gail Brown has been teaching intuition classes at UMASC for a number of years. She currently holds a master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology.
