Do you think talent is required to benefit from an artistic pursuit? While dealing with the problems of this past year of pandemic, have you forgotten how to play? Did you use to write or make art but now feel your creativity is blocked? This class is bound to give you a creativity booster shot. It will assure you that participating in an art is not just a luxury but a fitness program for your mental flexibility. You will meet with playful muses to claim your inner artist and to live more artfully.classroom
WEEKLY COURSE OUTLINE:
This class is based on Jill Badonsky’s work who trained me to be a Modern Day Muse Facilitator.
Your Bodyguard has your back, protecting you from your inner critic, daily interruptions. You are granted permission to explore, get lost, and enjoy the journey anyway.
Aha-phrodite says pay attention to possibilities.
Albert says think differently and break some rules.
Bea Silly says play with your creativity.
Muse Song says replace discouraging voices in your life with encouraging ones.
Shadow says use the hidden unvalued parts of yourself for inspiration and self-compassion.
Audacity says be courageous
enough to be your unique self.
Spills says welcome your “mistakes”
and focus on the process and practice.
Lull says give yourself a break and be grateful
for what you have already accomplished.
Marge says just get out there and do it!
