Maine is a beautiful place to photograph throughout the year. This class explores the unique opportunities of photographing during the four seasons – including foliage, snow, Christmas, and spring flowers. The course will start with a review of camera settings and a discussion of the elements of composition. It is hoped that the class will photograph in the field at such places as Vaughan Woods in Hallowell, orchards, and farms.
Elise Klysa has an extensive career in communications, photography and photojournalism. She recently was the first prize winner in the 2021 Maine Photography Show (special category) and The Maine Gerontological Society (MGS) state-wide photography contest — Focus on Real Aging in Maine (F.R.A.M.E.).
