This class is for very beginners, using the Practice Makes Perfect – Basic Spanish text book. No previous experience with the Spanish language is needed. Students will be introduced to pronunciation, vocabulary, and basic structure of the Spanish language.
If you are really interested in this class, but the day and time don’t work for you, please get in touch anyway. Because there’s no need for a physical classroom, we have a lot more scheduling flexibility, and we may be able to accommodate you. It will depend on the availability of all class members.
In lieu of tuition, students are asked to purchase their textbook.
Diane Dionne received her BA in education from Illinois State University with a French major and a Spanish minor. She received her MA in French, also from ISU. She also completed a 6-week summer program for American teachers of Spanish at Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico. Diane has had many wonderful opportunities to experience family life and local culture with friends and acquaintances in Mexico and Spain.
